University Solutions are official representatives in the GCC, of a number of universities in the Czech Republic and Hungary.

We work closely with the Universities and have also appointed agents in both countries to help our students in every conceivable way.

Applying to a University abroad and moving to another country requires completing a number of formalities among other things. it is a stressful time especially if lack of knowledge and a different language are added burdens. This leaves the students stressed and frustrated and affects their studies adversely. Our services are designed to remove the burden of formalities and travel arrangements from the shoulders' of the students and their families. We also help the student settle down in their chosen place of study and help familiarise them with the the place so they begin to feel at home as soon as possible. Our services are designed to remove the worry and anxiety and make the experiences as easy and pleasant as possible.

Our Services:

After closely studying the needs of students travelling abroad to study we have put together a very comprehensive list of services that cover most of their requirements. This is an elastic list and can be tailored according to the needs of individual students. The charges will change accordingly. Our comprehensive list of services is probably quite unique as we take into consideration the fact that most students, especially girls are going to move from an extremely protected and conservative environemt.

We offer 1 time free counselling to the students and their parents at our office, to discuss in detail all the merits and demerits of a particular choice to decide if it is suitable for them or not. Our first priority is the satisfaction of the student. We proceed after ensuring the complete satisfaction of the student with their choice.

List of Services:

1. Helping the students with the complete application process and liasing with the University on their behalf.

2. Whenever possible (when the required number of students are applying) we will invite the concerned university faculty members and hold the entrance test here in Kuwait.

3. If the numbers are not sufficient then we suggest alternate methods to the students according to the rules of the Universities.

i. Some Universities allow us to hold an exam under the aegis of their Embassy with a Skype interview.

ii. Some Universities accept SAT II

iii. Some Universities require the student to travel to the concerned city and give the exam there.

4. If the student has to travel we arrange everything; tickets, travel insurance, Schengen visa guidance, transport at destination, hotel, guide, translator, etc. We have appointed agents in Czech Republic and Hungary who take care of all the needs of the students. For girl students there are ladies who will take care of them. Students are also given a tour of the city.

5. Besides the above the students are provided with Sim cards with sufficient funds to call home for 10 minutes, travel cards covering the length of their stay and some other things they may require.

6. On admission we help students with all the paperwork required for the long stay visa and guide them through the steps. We will get the students the health insurance needed in the country, their ticket, etc.

7. When they leave to commence their studies, we arrange for airport pick up, estate agent to help them find an apartment, etc.

8. Students will be taken to the Universities for enrolment.

9. All the formalities of registering with the foreign police and concerned departments, getting the ISIC Card, opening a bank account, getting a transport card, etc will be taken care of us. The students will also be made familiar with the city, shown where to shop for groceries, how to find their way around, etc.

10. if possible we will also arrange langauge lessons on Skype before the students leave.

Besides these we will evaluate the services the student and their family require and offer them accordingly.
